China’s First 8-inch Diamond Heat Sink Production Line Put into Operation

In May 2023, Huanghe Whirlwind launched the project “Development of CVD Polycrystalline Diamond Films for High-End Applications”.
In May 2024, it achieved success in 2-inch diamond heat sinks, and then extended the technology to 6-inch and 8-inch products.
On February 28, 2026, China’s first 8-inch diamond heat sink production line was officially put into production at Fengyouchuang.
